At Zooraa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

We accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number)

Please note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products are not eligible for return.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@zooraa.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number

  2. Reason for the return

  3. Photo or video evidence of the issue (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 48 hours and guide you through the process.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zooraa error or a defective product


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used devices or accessories

  • Items that are not in original condition or are missing parts

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
