Limited Warranty

At Zooraa, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. All Zooraa electronic dry herb vaporizers come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, Zooraa will repair or replace defective devices at no additional cost.

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty period: 2 years from the original purchase date

  • Applies only to the main device unit (excludes glass parts, accessories, and consumables)

  • Covers manufacturer defects only; does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear

  • Valid only for products purchased through authorized retailers or the official Zooraa website

How to Request Warranty Service

To submit a warranty claim, please email us at service@zooraa.com with the following:

  1. Order number (to verify your purchase)

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect

Our support team will respond within 48 hours and guide you through the warranty process.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications

  • Issues resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.)

  • Claims without valid proof of purchase or supporting media
